Membership terms & conditions
KYA MALL GLOBAL
These terms apply to every KYA mall membership. Read them before you sign up.

Membership registration
The membership fee follows the annual package chosen for access to the marketplace facilities and the services offered, subject to the package selected.

Membership period
Membership is valid for 12 months and may be renewed under the conditions set by KYA Mall Global.

Cashback and commission
Members may receive cashback and affiliate commission based on valid purchases and sales that meet the programme conditions.

7-level networking rewards
Network rewards, where offered, are calculated from qualifying sales transactions and the official commission formula. No income is guaranteed and rewards are not given merely for recruiting new members.

Member wallet
Cashback and commission are shown in a single wallet balance. The internal record for each transaction type is kept separately.

Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is RM20 and it is processed weekly, subject to account verification, available balance, transaction review and payment procedures.

Cancellation and fraud
KYA Mall Global may review, suspend or adjust rewards linked to cancelled transactions, refunds, fraud or breach of these terms, while giving members the appropriate information.

Member responsibilities
Members must provide accurate information, keep their account secure and comply with the law and marketplace policies.

Changes to the terms
Members must be notified of any changes to these terms. A change may not remove rights that have already accrued lawfully.

Legal compliance
All membership, marketing, commission and payment activities are subject to the applicable laws of Malaysia.
You must accept these terms and conditions to create a KYA mall account. The sign-up form asks you to confirm before the account is created.
